Back to ResultsOur client is seeking an experienced trust professional to join their Family Office team on a permanent contract. This role involves supporting the establishment and administration of wealth structures for ultra-high-net-worth families. You will work in a collaborative environment, overseeing daily workloads and maintaining statutory records for a defined client portfolio. Click here to read more Job Duties: Organise daily workloads and delegate tasks to junior team members as needed Maintain accurate statutory records for client portfolios, providing instruction to junior staff Assist in the production of accounts and ensure accurate bookkeeping Develop skills to review accounts with appropriate training Demonstrate an understanding of client affairs, meeting statutory obligations and client instructions Review work completed by junior staff and ensure diary notes are updated Support managers and directors with additional tasks as required Job Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in a trust administration role Relevant professional qualification such as the CGI IFA certificate or STEP certificate Progress towards a CGI or STEP diploma qualification, or equivalent experience Sound technical knowledge of trust administration and some knowledge of tax Proficiency in IT, including all Microsoft applications Excellent communication, organisational, and planning skills Attention to detail and a proactive, professional approach Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines What You’ll Love:You will be part of a supportive and progressive team, gaining exposure to complex wealth structures for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
