Handle general banking tasks such as processing payments, balance inquiries, and transfers. Educate customers on various banking options and services, and arrange financial health checks. Identify opportunities to meet customer financial service needs and provide a seamless experience.   Job Requirements: Experience in a customer-facing environment. Strong communication skills to explain products and services clearly. Passion for customer service and commitment to delivering excellent experiences. Good attention to detail and resilience.
