Our client is seeking an experienced Manager for their Funds and Corporate team in Guernsey. This full-time, permanent role involves leading a small team within the corporate division, supporting a portfolio of clients, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will play a critical role in managing Shareholder Services, Valuations, and Administration staff, and contributing to the overall success of the business. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Lead and manage Shareholder Services and Valuations & Administration staff. Review and organise workload within the team, ensuring efficient task completion. Attend client and board meetings, providing expert advice and support as needed. Contribute to internal operational, management, and compliance meetings. Review valuations, investor communications, and manage distributions. Authorise transactions, including payment of invoices and other expenses. Liaise with clients, property managers, and other relevant parties. Ensure compliance with company procedures, laws, and regulations. Maintain accurate time billing records, updating the system daily. Display and adhere to corporate values in all aspects of your role. Provide guidance, support, and development to team members as part of line management responsibilities.   Job Requirements: Proven experience in a senior funds and corporate role, with expertise in administration, governance services, fund accounting, and financial statement preparation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. In-depth knowledge of relevant accounting, legal, and regulatory matters for funds under administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
