Back to ResultsOur client, a dynamic and locally run bank, is seeking a Customer Operations Representative to join their Customer Operations Department on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is integral to delivering an outstanding customer service experience through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate will act as a professional, efficient, and friendly representative, ensuring all customer communications align with our client's standards. Click here to read more Job Duties: Provide exceptional customer service through effective and friendly communication. Answer phone calls with accuracy, delivering relevant information promptly. Cover reception and manage associated duties as needed. Respond to the Info Line and daily Work Lists within company service standards. Support customers with the bank's online services. Adhere to Continued Professional Development (CPD) requirements in line with qualification level and company guidelines. Uphold the bank's core values and behaviours. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements: GCSE level qualifications in Maths and English (Grades A-C) or equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills. Experience in handling customer queries and managing customer dissatisfaction. Familiarity with learning new products. Knowledge of banking products and services. Experience in assisting vulnerable clients. Right to work in Guernsey.
