Our client, a respected provider of financial and fiduciary services, is seeking a Risk Reviewer to join their team on a temporary six-month contract. The role involves undertaking the periodic review process for the trust department. This full-time position requires working from 9:00 to 17:00 with a one-hour lunch break. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while identifying and mitigating risks. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Risk rating clients and conducting appropriate screening to comply with legislative requirements and identify risk factors. Monitoring client business to ensure adherence to policies, Guernsey laws, and international regulations where applicable. Reviewing customer due diligence (CDD) to ensure it is complete, current, and compliant with regulatory and company standards. Identifying and managing potential risks or breaches effectively. Assisting with ad hoc duties as required.   Job Requirements: A minimum of two years’ experience, with strong knowledge of trust and company law, fiduciary principles, and regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions. Awareness of industry best practices and developments in other jurisdictions. Ideally holds or is studying towards a relevant trust qualification. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Ability to work accurately, independently, and collaboratively within time-sensitive environments. Self-motivated with strong analytical thinking and risk awareness.
