Our client, a well-established provider of financial and fiduciary services, is seeking a Risk Reviewer to join their team on a permanent. This role focuses on undertaking the periodic review process for the trust department. This full-time position requires working from 09:00 to 17:00 with a one-hour lunch break. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Reviewing all client files and management information systems to maintain alignment with agreed standards. Risk rating clients and conducting appropriate screening to comply with legislative requirements and identify risk factors. Monitoring client business to ensure adherence to policies, Guernsey laws, and international regulations where applicable. Reviewing customer due diligence (CDD) to ensure completeness and compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Identifying and managing potential risks or breaches appropriately. Conducting risk-focused thematic and deep-dive compliance monitoring reviews across fiduciary and investment business areas. Assisting with ad hoc duties as required.   Job Requirements: A minimum of two years’ experience, with solid knowledge of trust and company law, fiduciary principles, and regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions. Awareness of industry best practices and developments in other jurisdictions. Ideally holds or is studying towards a relevant trust qualification. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Ability to work accurately, independently, and collaboratively within time-sensitive environments. Self-motivated with strong analytical thinking and risk awareness.
