Our client is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team on a full-time basis. The role involves providing accurate, consistent, and timely financial reporting to support decision-making and drive improved financial performance. As a key partner to the Chief Commercial Officer and the Consumer team, you will deliver insightful analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic planning. Click here to read more Job Duties:  Act as a Finance Business Partner to support retail and consumer teams in achieving financial objectives. Provide management information to operational management for informed decision-making. Manage and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including performance and variance analysis. Conduct investigation, analysis, and production of consumer budgets and forecasts, including quarterly, annual, and five-year planning. Collaborate with management and Executive Committee members to provide financial insights. Develop and utilise data warehouse and other data sources for detailed reporting of management information. Oversee and manage commission schemes for the retail business. Develop product profitability analyses to inform pricing, investment decisions, and business cases. Ensure compliance with external audit requirements. Support the production and analysis of business cases. Create and enhance KPIs to drive business performance and analysis. Ensure corporate governance and adherence to accounting standards.   Job Requirements:  Professional accounting qualification and membership of a recognised professional accounting body. Extensive experience in accounting within a commercial environment. Strong background in supporting complex capital investment plans. Advanced systems, IT, and Excel skills. Excellent project and time management capabilities. Strong ability to analyse, interpret, and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to provide pragmatic solutions. Self-motivated, organised, and a team player. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience. Previous experience in the telecoms or technology sector.
