Our client is seeking an accomplished Executive Director to join their Private Wealth division. This senior-level role is based in Guernsey and involves governance, management, and the effective running of the business, ensuring alignment with group strategy and compliance with all relevant legislation. Acting as a member of the Board and leading Private Wealth administration teams, the postholder will be a key ambassador for the organisation, raising its profile and building strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Act as a Board member and ‘A’ signatory for relevant entities. Manage a portfolio of complex client relationships, ensuring compliance with laws, guidelines, and company standards. Lead and develop teams, ensuring alignment with business strategy and performance objectives. Drive business development, sourcing and maintaining introducers, and meeting growth targets. Conduct client relationship meetings and oversee the implementation of key department projects. Develop and promote fiduciary services offerings across jurisdictions. Represent the organisation at business forums and deliver thought leadership to promote services. Travel to meet clients and intermediaries, fostering relationships and exploring new opportunities. Monitor compliance with risk management policies, corporate governance standards, and regulatory requirements. Oversee recruitment, performance management, and development of senior management staff. Ensure high-quality financial reporting and operational performance through monitoring and review. Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and excellence.   Job Requirements: At least 10 years of relevant experience, including Board-level responsibilities. A professional qualification in a fiduciary-related discipline. Registered as a Principal Person with the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. Comprehensive technical knowledge of fiduciary structures, such as trusts, companies, pensions, and partnerships. Demonstrable expertise in Guernsey’s legal and regulatory framework, including anti-money laundering provisions. Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams. Experience in client relationship management and business development. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
