Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Head of IoT and Wholesale VAS Services to lead and develop their IoT and VAS business operations. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and drive revenue growth for a diverse portfolio of products and other wholesale services. The successful candidate will develop strategies, implement innovative solutions, and manage a dedicated team to achieve financial and operational goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Click here to read more Job Duties: Develop and execute strategies for IoT and VAS services, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead the IoT and VAS team, fostering high performance through effective talent management and coaching. Manage the full product lifecycle, from development and approval to launch and evolution. Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, customers, and industry stakeholders. Drive revenue and gross margin growth to meet Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets. Conduct regular reviews of product performance, identifying risks and opportunities. Oversee marketing and promotional plans to support acquisition and retention strategies. Ensure compliance with telecoms licensing, data protection, and regulatory requirements. Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all products and services. Represent the organisation at stakeholder meetings, enhancing its brand and industry influence. Prepare accurate reports and performance insights for senior management. Lead and deliver specific projects as required, ensuring successful outcomes. Job Requirements: Proven experience in managing and developing IoT and VAS business operations. Strong knowledge of IT and telecommunications technologies and the IoT and VAS market. Effective customer relationship management skills and a strong sales background. Experience in creating and managing product, commercial, and financial plans. Comprehensive understanding of licensing, security, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, motivational, and team management abilities. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for C-Level presentations. Ability to work collaboratively to achieve organisational objectives. Self-motivated, organised, and proactive in driving business success.
