Back to ResultsA well-funded and dynamic start-up that is looking to provide a first-rate service to institutional clients within the digital asset space is looking to hire an Operations Director. The firm is very well connected throughout the Middle East, and has a very experienced founding team which puts them in a very strong position for successful growth. The platform has recently enjoyed a very public partnership with a major partner, and is now looking to harness this publicity for further commercial success. The platform has all necessary licenses and funding, and is looking to fill this position urgently.
In this position you will be responsible for all operational aspects of the platform, ensuring smooth processes across the board. You will work closely with the client facing teams, ensuring that the customer on/off boarding runs smoothly, and that everything is fully compliant as per local and international regulations. The platform is currently a small and tight-knit team, and so your responsibilities will be wide-ranging as is normal in a start-up.
To be considered for this position you will have strong operational experience and knowledge around digital assets, and a keen commercial mindset. You be a strong project manager with a keen eye for detail, and you will be able to analyse large amounts of data and establish well informed and practical solutions. English is the spoken language, with Arabic being a ‘nice to have’, and any post-graduate or professional qualifications (MBA/CFA etc.) will be seen as a major positive in your application.
