Back to ResultsOur commercial client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of IoT and Value-Added Services to lead a high-performing team. This pivotal role will drive the growth relevant products, ensuring revenue and margin targets are consistently met or exceeded. Thsi role can be based in Guernsey, Jersey or Isle of Man.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing compelling strategies across IoT, Sponsored Roaming, M2M, Authentication, MVNO, SMS, and other wholesale solutions. Reporting to the Chief Wholesale Officer, you will collaborate closely with the executive team to align product development, sales, and customer management with long-term business objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing the full product lifecycle, delivering innovative solutions, and driving acquisition and retention strategies. You will cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring our brand is well-positioned in a competitive market. Leveraging industry knowledge, you will influence decision-makers and identify opportunities for growth while maintaining compliance with regulatory and security standards.
A proven leader with exceptional communication skills with a customer-first approach, delivering best-in-class service while meeting annual operating plan targets. Regular reporting and reviews of portfolio performance will be essential to optimise product strategy and market share.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in IoT and VAS business management, with in-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies and markets. You will bring strategic vision, sales expertise, and the ability to drive results through collaboration and innovation. This role requires exceptional organisational skills and the ability to represent the organisation at the highest levels.
