Assistant Manager - Procedural
Procedural Change
Skipton International is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Guernsey HQ .
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, and implement
procedural changes that enhance efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and
improve customer service outcomes.
Key tasks will be:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders
to identify areas for process
improvement and operational
efficiency.
• Conduct thorough assessments of
existing procedures, identifying
bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities
for improvement.
• Lead the implementation of procedural
changes and deliver training sessions
for staff
• Act as a liaison between departments
such as Risk, Compliance, IT, and
Operations to ensure seamless
integration of new procedures.
