Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Compliance Administrator to join their Compliance Team. This role involves supporting the Compliance Manager and ensuring services meet the highest professional and regulatory standards. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Monitor the central compliance inbox, handle queries, and escalate issues when necessary. Respond promptly and professionally to requests, demonstrating knowledge of internal policies and client requirements. Assist in processing New Business, Trigger event packs, and client due diligence (CDD) workflows. Maintain compliance registers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. Reconcile daily signed minutes and process closing files, including reviewing records under GDPR rules. Support regulatory filings, maintain company seals, and ensure registered office displays meet requirements. Prepare information for quarterly board reporting. Undertake projects, tasks, and other duties as assigned by the Compliance Manager. Ensure communication is professional, accurate, and courteous across all channels. Build expertise by attending relevant courses and pursuing professional studies where desired.   Job Requirements: A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at grade C or above. No prior experience in the financial sector required. Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. Effective organisational and planning skills. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks.
