They are now in a growth phase and are looking to hire a experienced project manager, who will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined budgets, timelines, and quality standards. From initial design to final implementation, you will oversee every stage of the project lifecycle, working closely with sales and technical teams to align client needs with project goals. Manage procurement, including supplier negotiations and Requests for Proposal (RFP's), while ensuring compliance with rigorous quality and testing standards.
A critical part of your role will involve mitigating risks, addressing project challenges, and refining internal processes based on key learnings. Your expertise will help bridge operational workflows with sustainable practices, driving innovative outcomes for global clients.
To be eligible for this interresting role you will need to have gained a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a similar discipline. Have at least five years of experience in the oil and gas or wastewater treatment sectors. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and project planning tools is essential, alongside strong communication skills in English. Residency in Holland is preferred, and fluency in Dutch is an advantage, however our client can consider applications from suitable candidates who possess an EU passport. Relocation costs will be paid for.
