Our client is seeking a dedicated Credit Control Administrator to support the finance team in managing credit control and cash reconciliation tasks for an assigned portfolio of insurance broker accounts. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, resolving outstanding balances, and ensuring effective cash flow management. The successful candidate will contribute to the preparation of reinsurance balances, provide back-office support, and assist in regulatory reporting and audits. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Manage debts by accurately presenting outstanding balances to brokers and resolving overdue accounts efficiently. Keep underwriters informed of unpaid policies. Maintain and monitor cash balances, ensuring excess funds are moved to Money Market accounts and cash flow forecasts are up to date. Prepare and settle quarterly reinsurance balances. Provide backup support for the finance support team during month-end and holiday periods, contributing to process improvement over time. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, brokers, and underwriters. Generate accurate and timely reports for management, clients, and insurers using in-house reporting tools. Assist with regulatory reporting and audits of related entities. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Maintain professionalism and ethical conduct in all activities. Participate actively in internal meetings and initiatives. Complete timesheets accurately and promptly. Contribute positively to the workplace environment by demonstrating impeccable conduct. Job Requirements: Highly numerate with strong attention to detail.
