Back to ResultsOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months. This full-time role supports the firm's legal practice and regulated business by ensuring compliance with AML/CFT and regulatory requirements. You will assist with compliance monitoring, manage projects, and provide key management information while working closely with the Compliance Manager and Head of Risk & Compliance. Click here to read more Job Duties: • Participate actively in compliance-related projects.• Conduct compliance monitoring for both the legal practice and fiduciary subsidiary.• Provide management information on risk, compliance, and AML/CFT.• Handle ad hoc CDD queries from across the business.• Perform independent data and EDD searches as required.• Foster positive relationships between the Risk & Compliance Team and business units.• Update systems, controls, policies, and procedures in line with legislative changes.• Maintain compliance information on the company intranet.• Develop IT systems to improve compliance functionality.• Provide technical assistance for processing team matters.• Identify and act on sanction screening results. Job Requirements: • Minimum 3 years' experience in a risk or compliance role.• Strong understanding of financial services and/or the legal sector.• Knowledge of GFSC fiduciary rules.• Proficient in MS Office.• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.• Working towards or holding an ICA Diploma qualification or equivalent.
