Responsibilities will include administrative support: managing calls, scheduling appointments, coordination meetings and handling correspondence, Office Management: assist with the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensuring the environment is organised and tidy, providing assistance with projects and providing cover for reception as required.
Candidates should be proficient in all Microsoft applications, have a solutions focussed approach to problem solving, strong work ethic and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
