The role involves providing support to the Boards of various entities by leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive Risk Management Framework. This includes managing risk processes and producing insightful analyses and reports to assure stakeholders regarding the management and mitigation of both financial and non-financial risks, including ESG. The position also requires collaborating with the Group Compliance and Risk teams to maintain the Group Risk Framework while developing risk policies and controls.
Key responsibilities include collating risk reporting across businesses, and analysing trends. The role serves as a point of contact for risk-related advice and involves maintaining an Errors & Breaches register, monitoring high-risk action points, and assisting with internal and external audits, regulatory visits, and provide training.
A degree or relevant professional qualifications and at least five years of experience in risk management are required, along with strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines are essential for success in this position.
