Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support Partners and fee-earners within the Corporate Group. The role involves managing legal research, drafting documents, and assisting with transactions, often acting as the first point of contact for clients. Click here to read more Job Duties:  Conduct legal research and provide findings to support case preparation and advice. Proofread legal documentation to ensure accuracy and eliminate errors. Prepare court bundles for use in legal proceedings. Draft legal opinions, including Capacity and Due Execution opinions and Enforceability opinions. Prepare agreements, such as Security Interest agreements and other transactional documents. Draft corporate authorisations and ancillary documents related to transactions. Review and provide commentary on constitutional documents of Jersey-incorporated companies. Assist with stock exchange listings and manage associated activities. Support the daily management of legal files and client matters. Job Requirements:  Law degree or equivalent qualification. Strong legal research skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
