Our client is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team in Guernsey. This role involves supporting compliance operations across a range of responsibilities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Assist in executing action points from the risk-based Compliance Monitoring Programme for all licensees, providing progress updates to the Head of Risk & Compliance. Maintain, manage, and develop compliance operating policies and procedures for all licensees. Update and oversee compliance registers, including the complaints log, conflicts of interest register, gifts and entertainment log, and breaches register. Perform sanctions screening by monitoring systems such as World-Check, HM Treasury, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, and US Treasury. Investigate and document findings for all sanctions screening ‘hits,’ ensuring research is stored electronically in the relevant Client Due Diligence Wallets on the Viewpoint system. Provide a clear audit trail to demonstrate the resolution of ‘false positive’ hits. Support the compliance team with additional duties and projects as assigned.   Job Requirements: ICA Qualification (or equivalent) or actively working towards achieving this. Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in compliance or a related field. Strong knowledge of compliance procedures and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in using compliance monitoring systems and maintaining accurate records. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
