An excellent opportunity for a school leaver or career changer to join a leading fund services provider in Guernsey as a Trainee Administrator, supporting one of their largest and most high-profile clients.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to break into the finance or corporate services industry. No previous experience is required — just enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the administration team with day-to-day tasks including data entry, documentation, and record keeping.

  • Assisting with client servicing, in coordination with the Fund Accounting team.

  • Handling administrative responsibilities for one of the firm’s flagship client accounts.

  • Maintaining accurate files and ensuring confidentiality and compliance procedures are followed.
