In this dynamic role, you’ll take responsibility for delivering enterprise-grade network solutions, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and firewalls. Working hands-on, both onsite and remotely, you’ll implement and support technical solutions while fostering strong client relationships. This position requires technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively. A Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent is essential, with opportunities for further training and development available.
As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in incident and problem management, request fulfillment, and operational maintenance of enterprise networks. You'll also participate in projects and assist with datacenter operations.
