An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join a dynamic and well-established financial services environment as a Senior Fund & Investment Administrator.
This Guernsey role offers broad exposure across fund administration and investment operations, working closely with custodians, auditors, and investment advisors while supporting regulatory and operational processes.
It’s ideal for a detail-focused professional looking to build on their fund or investment administration experience in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities will include:
Processing shareholder transactions, client due diligence, and account opening documentation.
Preparing and reviewing fund valuations across weekly, monthly, and annual reporting cycles.
Monitoring investment activity, review trade recommendations, and liaise with custodians.
Supporting regulatory reporting including FATCA/CRS, regulatory returns, and board reporting.
The successful candidate will have a couple years’ experience in fund or investment administration, strong numerical ability, excellent communication skills, and advanced spreadsheet capability. Experience with regulatory reporting and investment operations would be advantageous.
