Our client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Client File Reviewer to join their compliance team. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies through thorough review and analysis of client files. The position is offered on a full-time basis, but part-time candidates with reasonable availability will also be considered. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Conduct periodic and ongoing reviews of client files to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies. Identify and document discrepancies or areas of non-compliance, recommending corrective actions where needed. Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting trust and fiduciary services. Verify the completeness and accuracy of client documentation, including KYC and AML requirements. Prepare detailed reports summarising file review findings and recommending improvements. Log all required action points in the appropriate system locations. Communicate review results to senior management and offer insights for compliance process enhancements. Collaborate with client-facing teams and other departments to resolve compliance issues and improve client service. Participate in training initiatives to promote compliance awareness within the company. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal policies and procedures. Identify trends and risks in client files and recommend strategies for mitigation and improvement.   Job Requirements: Previous experience in a compliance, trust and company administration, auditing, or file review role within the trust or financial services sector. STEP or equivalent qualification. In-depth understanding of Guernsey regulations relating to trusts and fiduciary services. Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
