Our client is seeking a Trust Administrator to provide vital administrative support to the Trust team. This full-time role involves ensuring a professional and efficient service in the administration of trusts and companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including preparing payments, responding to client queries, and ensuring the accuracy of statutory documentation. Additionally, the role offers the opportunity to develop a solid understanding of trust and company regulatory requirements. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Prepare payments, foreign exchanges, and inter-company and trust transfers. Respond to client queries and handle correspondence efficiently. Ensure time is recorded and assist in the collection of fees. Maintain proper filing and profiling of documents in a timely manner. Construct written communications and prepare statutory documentation as required for Trusts and Companies. Prioritise and manage workload, escalating issues to senior team members as needed. Develop a basic understanding of trust and company regulatory requirements. Take responsibility for self-development, working on agreed training requirements and performance goals.   Job Requirements: Commitment to building a career in trust and company administration. Willingness to learn new skills and further develop professionally. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. A dedication to providing high-quality client service. Strong team skills, flexibility, and adaptability to business needs. Detail-oriented and analytical mindset. Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy. Capability to manage tasks independently and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
