Our client is seeking a Cabin Services Supervisor to join their Ground Operations team in Guernsey. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the fleet, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing staff to deliver exceptional service to customers. The role involves overseeing various tasks related to catering, cleaning, and stock management, while ensuring staff are equipped and well-supported. Click here to read more Job Duties:  Monitor and ensure the quality of cleaning and deep cleaning programmes are carried out effectively. Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the aircraft at all times. Oversee the management and storage of cleaning products and duty-free items. Ensure appropriate staffing levels for shifts and manage staff welfare, engagement, performance, and discipline. Provide staff with personal protection equipment and ensure it is used appropriately. Ensure compliance with Flight Supplies (IFS) regulations. Conduct audits to ensure standards are consistently applied and document results for trend analysis. Perform toilet and water servicing in line with company requirements, including working with third parties. Operate necessary equipment to meet role requirements. Maintain duty-free stock levels and place orders, with authorisation from the Station Manager in the absence of the Product, Compliance and Warehouse Manager. Promote a positive safety culture with proactive and reactive reporting. Instil the organisation's vision and values within the team. Manage EPOS and relevant systems effectively. Ensure stock is accurately recorded and maintained in the warehouse. Develop and implement a plan to meet cabin crew requirements for onboard sales. Allocate tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory procedures. Job Requirements:  Proven history of strong leadership skills. Ability to use Microsoft products and demonstrate good computer software knowledge. Strong skills in change management. A clean driving licence. Flexibility to work various hours as required. Experience working in an aviation environment. History of working to targets and solving problems. Experience working in a warehouse environment. Ability to provide a full five-year referencing history. A Basic Police Clearance Certificate (deemed satisfactory to our client). Full (clean) driving licence. Adherence to company uniform requirements. Compliance with airport regulations while employed.
