We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior funds and corporate candidate for our client’s Funds & Corporate team in their Guernsey Headquarters.

Our client - leading provider of Fund Administration, Private Client and Corporate Services – is looking for a Manager or Assistant Manager who has broad expertise in administration matters, governance services, fund accounting, and financial statements preparation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a small team, supporting them to work individually and collaboratively.
  • Reviewing valuations, investor communications and distributions
  • Originating, checking and authorising transactions (payment of invoices and other expenses)
  • Liaison with clients, property managers and other connected parties

Together with knowledge of the relevant accounting, legal and regulatory matters, you should be able to lead and motivate a team, possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure.
