Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Trust Administrator to assist in delivering professional and efficient administrative services to a portfolio of companies and trusts. This role involves supporting routine operations, ensuring compliance with internal standards, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the trust administration team. Click here to read more Job Duties: Assist with routine administrative and clerical tasks within the trust and company administration team. Accurately record time spent on cases to meet set targets. Prepare minutes and client correspondence in compliance with internal procedures. Compile investment and financial reports for manager approval within agreed deadlines. Prepare bank instructions and conduct simple bank reconciliations following internal processes. Maintain accurate bookkeeping records. Ensure business practices uphold confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Undertake at least 15 hours of Continuing Professional Development annually and maintain records. Perform additional duties aligned with the role's responsibilities. Job Requirements: Ideally educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Strong written and spoken communication skills. Basic knowledge of fiduciary services and compliance issues. Professional approach to dealing with clients and other contacts. Candidates with prior experience may hold or be studying towards relevant professional qualifications such as STEP or CIFA.
