Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a skilled and experienced Trust Officer or Senior Trust Officer to provide efficient and professional services to a portfolio of complex and demanding companies and trusts. The role involves maintaining high standards of fiduciary practice, ensuring compliance, and supporting team development, while contributing to the success of the organisation. Click here to read more Job Duties: Manage administrative and clerical duties within the Trust Administration team, ensuring service levels and business standards are met. Accurately record time spent on individual cases to meet targets. Maintain professional relationships with clients and intermediaries, identifying and communicating business development opportunities. Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance and good business practices within the team. Review investment and financial reports for approval within agreed timescales. Contribute to staff training and development, providing fiduciary expertise to team members as needed. Undertake at least 20 hours of Continuing Professional Development annually and maintain evidence of this. Perform other duties appropriate to the role and its responsibilities. Job Requirements: Developing and comprehensive knowledge of fiduciary services. Professional qualification or near completion (e.g., STEP Diploma or NVQ4 or higher). At least five years’ experience in fiduciary services. Self-motivated and committed to achieving business excellence. Strong skills in written and spoken communication.
