Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects across their organisation. Reporting to the Head of Projects, this senior role involves driving strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have excellent digital skills to optimise project processes, enhance collaboration, and leverage data-driven insights for decision-making. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic transformation goals. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and dashboards using digital tools. Identify and manage project risks, escalating critical issues when necessary. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress for senior leadership. Build and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success. Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. Supervise and support junior team members, fostering professional development. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Champion the use of digital platforms to enhance project delivery and stakeholder engagement.   Job Requirements: Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent. Minimum of eight years’ relevant experience in project management. Relevant professional qualification or strong experiential knowledge of agile and hybrid methodologies. Proven track record in successfully delivering projects in multi-disciplinary environments. Strong relationship management skills at all organisational levels. Proficiency in digital platforms to streamline project workflows and reporting. Advanced problem-solving and critical analysis skills. Strong business presentation skills and the ability to create high-quality project documentation. Excellent negotiation skills for aligning stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts. Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently. Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven projects.
