Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Trust Manager in delivering an efficient and professional service to a portfolio of complex and time-sensitive companies and trusts. The role involves administrative oversight, client relationship management, compliance monitoring, and staff development within the Trust Administration team. Click here to read more   Job Duties: Support the Trust Manager in managing administrative and clerical responsibilities within the team, ensuring service levels and business standards are met. Accurately record time spent on cases, meeting billing targets. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and intermediaries, identifying and communicating business development opportunities to senior staff. Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance and best business practices within the team. Review investment and financial reports for approval by Managers or Directors within agreed timelines. Contribute to staff training and development, providing fiduciary knowledge to team members. Act as cover for the Trust Manager during their absence. Undertake a minimum of 20 hours of Continuing Professional Development annually and maintain evidence of this. Perform additional duties relevant to the role as required.   Job Requirements: At least five to seven years’ experience in fiduciary services. Qualified or near completion of a professional qualification such as STEP Diploma or equivalent (NVQ4 or higher). Comprehensive knowledge of fiduciary services practices. Proven ability to manage client relationships professionally and effectively. Strong written and spoken communication skills. Capability to supervise staff and contribute to their development.
