Our client is seeking a Client Relationship Assistant Manager/Manager to oversee client relationships with Guernsey-based employers participating in their pension products. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for employers, ensuring smooth operation of their pension plans, and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships. Click here to read more Job Duties:  Manage client relationships with Guernsey-based employers post-sale, ensuring excellent service delivery. Serve as the key contact for employers throughout the lifecycle of their relationship with the organisation. Assist employers in understanding the operation and responsibilities of their pension plans. Keep employers informed of procedural, statutory, fiscal, legislative, and regulatory updates. Communicate developments and updates from employers to the administration teams for accurate pension plan administration. Conduct regular employer meetings, document minutes, allocate action points, and follow up promptly. Respond efficiently to employer queries and ensure regular, clear communication. Update the risk review team on employer changes, including ownership or contact details, to maintain accurate CDD. Collaborate with the product management team to ensure client collateral and website content meets fulfilment needs. Promote a culture of continuous improvement in fiduciary policy and procedures through client insights. Support and lead client entertainment programmes to strengthen relationships. Job Requirements:  General business management skills. 5-10 years’ experience in financial services; fiduciary or pensions experience is advantageous but not essential. Proficient written English skills. Knowledge of Guernsey financial services legislative requirements. Understanding of occupational and pension schemes in Guernsey or willingness to develop this expertise. Experience working in senior roles with external stakeholders and corporate clients. Advantageous experience includes reporting to senior teams and holding relevant professional or degree-level qualifications.
