Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Funds and Corporate department in Guernsey. This pivotal role supports business success and enhances the client experience by exceeding expectations. Click here to read more   Job Duties:  Manage Shareholder Services valuations and administration. Prepare and review monthly and quarterly Net Asset Values. Reconcile cash and security accounts. Process and authorise client instructions, transactions, payments, and invoices. Review calculations and reporting of VAT to HMRC. Prepare calls and distributions. Assist with new client setups and take responsibility for assigned administration tasks. Prepare and review bookkeeping as needed. Correspond with investors and liaise with clients, property managers, and other stakeholders. Act as a signatory and review or check the work of other staff. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, anti-money laundering requirements, and company procedures. Record time daily in the time billing system. Support and adhere to corporate values and behaviours in all tasks. Guide and develop the team in line with the People Management Framework. Perform other duties in line with the requirements of the role and business needs. Job Requirements:  Proven experience in funds and corporate administration, governance services, fund accounting, and financial statement preparation. Strong leadership and team motivation skills. Knowledge of accounting, legal, and regulatory matters affecting funds under administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform under pressure.
