Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Risk Analyst to join their Risk and Operations Division. This role will involve supporting the development and implementation of the risk management framework, assisting with the assessment of impact and risk of licensees. The successful candidate will work closely with divisional representatives and external professionals, ensuring high-quality data analysis and management information. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate production of reports, participation in governance panels, and identifying improvements in processes and controls. Job Duties: Support the development and implementation of the risk management framework for assessing licensee risks and impacts. Liaise with divisional representatives and external professionals to gather and analyse data requirements. Assist in the extraction, collation, and analysis of data, patterns, and trends. Produce timely and relevant management information and reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance. Collaborate with the Risk team to participate in Risk Governance Panels. Support supervisors with the risk management framework and system usage. Work closely with management to prioritise business and information needs. Contribute to the development and testing of systems, including identifying test cases and gathering feedback from divisional representatives. Identify and resolve issues proactively, recommending improvements to processes, procedures, and controls. Assist in the maintenance of key risk indicators, impact metrics, and other parameters in PRISM. Participate in the annual programme of assurance work. Job Requirements: Strong analytical skills with experience in data extraction, collation, and analysis. Familiarity with risk management frameworks and the ability to assist in their implementation. Proven ability to produce clear, accurate, and concise written reports. Experience in system testing and working with divisional representatives to ensure process improvements. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively chair and contribute to meetings. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and contribute to team success. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement. An understanding of regulatory laws, rules, and guidance, with a commitment to professional development. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to a high standard, meeting deadlines consistently. A relevant qualification in risk management, data analysis, or a related field is advantageous.
