The role requires basic company secretarial experience, strong administrative and communication skills, and proficiency in IT. The successful candidate will contribute to process improvement by suggesting and implementing changes to manual processes, enhancing efficiency during the assignment. Provide board meeting administration, including attending meetings and taking formal minutes. Perform general administrative tasks to support the Senior Team as needed.   Job Requirements: Basic company secretarial experience. Strong administrative and communication skills. Proficiency in IT with the ability to suggest and implement process improvements.
