Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Temporary Client Reviewer for a 3-month contract within their Compliance Team on a full or part-time role. This role involves reviewing client records under a risk-based monitoring programme, ensuring compliance with established policies, and supporting the Compliance Manager with various tasks and projects. Job Duties: Conduct reviews of client records under the risk-based monitoring programme, recording findings and remedial actions in the automated review system. Escalate significant issues to the Compliance Manager. Perform spot check reviews of procedures or processes as directed by the Compliance Manager, documenting and reporting findings. Participate in team meetings to discuss workloads, share ideas, and encourage best practices. Assist with relevant tasks and projects as required by the Compliance Manager. Support the Compliance Manager with information preparation for quarterly board meetings. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge by attending relevant courses. Carry out other relevant duties as assigned. Job Requirements: At least five consecutive years of experience in a trust administration role. Knowledge and experience in a compliance role within a fiduciary function (beneficial but not essential). Competent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication skills and the ability to develop effective relationships at all levels. Effective organisational and planning abilities, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
