This role focuses on providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to both customers and colleagues, encompassing traditional IT infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid models. The position also involves onsite desktop support where required. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service, technical proficiency, and collaboration within a close-knit team.    Job Duties: Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to customers and colleagues. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear, effective communication. Undertake a relevant training path to stay up-to-date with current IT trends, features, and functionality. Collaborate effectively within a team environment. Respond proactively to challenging situations and go the extra mile when needed. Ensure cyber security is a priority in all tasks and responsibilities.   Job Requirements: Confidence in IT systems and tools with strong technical abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A clear understanding of the importance of outstanding customer service. Commitment to professional development, including certification where necessary.
