Our client is seeking a qualified Associate to join their dynamic legal team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop core skills for lawyers, with a focus on technical capability, client and business development, and leadership. This position is suitable for individuals with 1–3 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience).    Job Duties: Research and analyse legal issues effectively to provide comprehensive advice. Draft and review documentation with precision and ensure it achieves desired legal and commercial outcomes. Support negotiations, anticipate counterarguments, and lead discussions when required. Keep abreast of legal developments and sector-specific trends to offer innovative and practical solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their needs and acting as a trusted advisor. Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, including developing and presenting training. Actively participate in business development efforts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and enhancing the firm’s reputation. Collaborate within inclusive and diverse teams, offering support and constructive feedback to colleagues.   Job Requirements: 1–3 years PQE with a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and negotiation. Demonstrated ability to provide clear and practical legal advice tailored to client needs. Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness, with an understanding of profitability and efficiency in legal work. Commitment to continuous learning and development, including sharing knowledge with others. Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain professionalism under pressure.
