Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow revenue streams within the Islands (Guernsey, Sark, Alderney, and Herm). This role involves selling a diverse range of products, including broadcast advertising, sponsorships, promotions, and interactive solutions. The Account Manager will develop strong relationships with media agencies and clients to maximise revenue and deliver creative solutions. Job Duties: Manage accounts with media agencies and clients at all levels, acting as the primary point of contact. Identify and pursue opportunities for incremental revenue through innovative and effective solutions. Research, write, and deliver high-quality proposals tailored to client needs. Promote the value of radio advertising by presenting compelling ideas and solutions to clients. Proactively generate media briefs and respond to client requests. Stay informed on the competitive landscape to deliver strategic insights to clients. Maintain and update all business information related to accounts. Represent the company as a professional and enthusiastic ambassador. Meet or exceed revenue targets, market share goals, and personal development objectives. Job Requirements: Strong research skills to build persuasive sales arguments using industry data. Excellent presentation and project management skills. Proven ability to develop relationships at all levels, fostering trust and collaboration. Strong sales acumen with a history of meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Effective time management and the ability to work well under pressure. Numerate, computer literate, and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude. Self-motivated team player with a positive outlook. Experience working in a sales-driven environment with tight deadlines.
