Back to ResultsOur client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their Private Clients team in Guernsey as a Trust Administrator. This permanent role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. Job Duties: Assist with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of trusts and companies. Communicate effectively with beneficiaries, bankers, auditors, property advisers, agents, lawyers, and the in-house tax team. Complete tasks accurately and within deadlines, maintaining the highest standards of service. Prepare correspondence and provide general administrative support to team members. Support fee collection and assist with chasing outstanding debts. Address compliance review points promptly and adhere to all regulatory and internal guidelines. Collaborate with colleagues and management to maintain a cohesive working environment. Utilise available learning resources to enhance skills and advance professional development. Job Requirements: Either an entry-level background or some prior experience in regulated finance or professional services. A strong educational foundation. A willingness to work towards a professional qualification, such as STEP, CGI, or equivalent. Proficiency in IT and a commitment to building technical expertise.
