Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join their Private Client team in Guernsey as a Senior Trust Administrator. This permanent role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of trusts and companies, providing exceptional service delivery and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will take ownership of complex client cases, work collaboratively with a talented team, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the organisation.    Job Duties: Administer a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring all client files are up to date and accurately maintained. Liaise with lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, and banks to effectively manage complex private client cases. Ensure timely fee collection, manage outstanding debts, and coordinate with the Accounts team to maintain accurate financial records. Address compliance review points promptly, ensuring legislative requirements, including tax filings and AEOI reporting, are completed on time. Provide leadership by delegating tasks, overseeing their completion, and supporting team members with guidance and expertise. Stay updated on legislative changes and industry trends, sharing relevant insights with the team and management. Contribute to the refinement of team procedures and escalate concerns or suggestions for improvement as needed.   Job Requirements: Significant experience in a regulated finance or professional services environment. Fully or part-qualified in STEP, ICSA, or a similar qualification, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. Strong educational background. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks accurately and efficiently. Proficiency with IT systems and a dedication to enhancing technical expertise.
