Our client is seeking a skilled Trust Administrator to join their established financial and fiduciary services firm in Guernsey. This permanent role is ideal for a STEP or ICSA (part) qualified professional, or someone willing to study towards these qualifications, who will manage a portfolio of private client trust and company structures. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service to clients and intermediaries while ensuring accuracy and compliance across all administrative tasks.    Job Duties: Manage bookkeeping and general administration for a portfolio of trusts and companies. Prepare statutory documentation, including minutes, agreements, and trust instruments. Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and financial institutions to maintain effective relationships. Process payments, distributions, invoices, and investments. Assist with the purchase and sale of investments and properties, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Conduct client due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare client reports and maintain up-to-date investment records. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and adapt to regulatory changes.   Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in trust and company administration. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and reliably. Proficient in prioritising tasks and adapting to changing business needs. Competent in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. GCSE/O Level qualifications, including English and Mathematics.
