Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Trust Director to join their team. The role requires leadership at a strategic level, ensuring the effective management of client portfolios and maintaining the highest business and technical standards. The Trust Director will work closely with the Executive Board to align team performance with company objectives while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Job Duties: Oversee the management of client portfolios, ensuring needs are met and objectives achieved. Align team performance and objectives with organisational goals. Maintain systems to ensure efficient workflow, meet deadlines, and optimise staff employment. Support staff with workflow challenges, implementing solutions to reduce stress and enhance productivity. Regularly review systems and practices to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction. Maintain training standards, equipping staff with the necessary skills and knowledge. Uphold high technical standards across all levels of the team. Conduct staff appraisals, set objectives, and provide constructive feedback. Monitor group receivables and assist with quarterly billing requirements. Stay updated on company secretarial, compliance, and anti-money laundering practices. Carry out other duties as required by the Executive Board. Job Requirements: Qualified in STEP, ICSA, ACCA, ACA, or an equivalent professional qualification. Proven leadership experience with the ability to operate strategically. Comprehensive knowledge of trust and company administration. Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders. Highly organised, reliable, and of unquestionable integrity. Skilled in financial transaction recording and financial report preparation. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and adaptable to proprietary record-keeping software.
