Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director / Senior Manager to join their Private Client Services department. As a key member of the senior management team, this role is responsible for delivering high-quality trust and corporate services while ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. This position involves overseeing complex client relationships, managing operational activities, and contributing to the strategic development of the function.  Job Duties: Deliver first-class service in managing client structures and achieving client objectives. Develop and implement solutions and policies to address client needs, including seeking expert advice where necessary. Act as an "A" class Signatory for the firm and as a Director for secondary licensee companies and client boards as required. Build and develop existing client relationships, fostering positive connections with advisers and contacts to generate new business opportunities. Manage operational risks in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements, identifying and proposing improvements where applicable. Lead an administration team, promoting teamwork, staff development, and effective performance through inspirational leadership and management. Provide expert support and work collaboratively to develop and implement new products and services to meet client needs. Analyse business performance alongside senior management, implementing actions to align with budget and drive results-driven performance. Review financial records prior to the production of Financial Statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with all staff members. Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.   Job Requirements: Completion of CGI/STEP Professional qualification or equivalent or a Qualified Accountant with post-qualification experience, or high-level qualification relevant to the function. Ideally 10+ years of experience in fiduciary or corporate services. Evidence of continuous professional development. Broader management qualification or experience.
