Back to ResultsOur client is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join their Financial Intermediary Team. This role is pivotal in developing and managing relationships with Trust and Corporate Service Providers while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and risk management requirements. The successful candidate will contribute to business growth, enhance the client proposition, and deliver exceptional service in line with organisational objectives and strategies. Job Duties: Develop and enhance relationships within the Guernsey Financial Intermediary market, including Trust and Corporate Service Providers. Create and implement client contact strategies to achieve personal targets and align with team goals and organisational strategy. Deliver exceptional service to clients, placing their needs at the centre of all activities. Strengthen existing relationships and identify new income stream opportunities across lending, deposits, foreign exchange, custody, and wealth management. Assess and monitor financial performance, addressing any gaps to ensure targets are met. Collaborate with internal teams, including New Business, Risk, and Compliance, to ensure adherence to AML/CFT and account opening procedures. Support the client entertainment programme and contribute to inter-team and group referrals. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold the organisation's risk standards. Job Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, and relationship management. Strong knowledge of treasury, capital markets, lending, and investment markets, including structured solutions. Comprehensive understanding of regulatory risk management in a financial institution. Familiarity with account opening processes, banking product suites, and service delivery frameworks. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, both written and verbal. Outstanding organisational and planning abilities with a strong focus on accuracy. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to deliver results.
