Our client is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Regulatory Reporting, to lead and enhance their global regulatory reporting and disclosures function. This role is central to delivering exceptional client service, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. The position involves partnering with global and local stakeholders to implement innovative processes, streamline operations, and contribute to the organisation's ambitious growth strategy.    Job Duties: Assist with the deployment of the Regulatory Reporting and Disclosures service delivery vision to achieve organisational objectives. Partner with stakeholders to develop and monitor performance metrics ensuring efficient service delivery. Liaise with tax authorities and regulatory bodies to address queries and ensure compliance. Document, review, and update processes and controls to reflect changes in regulatory requirements. Manage the implementation of new regulatory requirements, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate complex technical matters effectively. Ensure service levels are met and continuously improved. Manage a team, including performance assessment, career development, and workload prioritisation. Foster a client-focused culture, embedding innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement. Undertake ad-hoc projects and procedures as required. Support the development and growth of the Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance Service Line.   Job Requirements: Fully qualified in finance, accounting, legal, company secretarial fields, or equivalent; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred. Extensive knowledge of FATCA/CRS and the regulatory reporting environment across multiple jurisdictions. Minimum of ten years' experience in fiduciary and fund administration or a related industry. Proven experience in managing teams, driving operational discipline, and delivering high-quality service in a complex, matrixed organisation. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively. High degree of financial acumen and experience managing budgets. Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and propose innovative solutions. Expertise in process and project management, with a focus on continuous improvement.
