the following exciting roles

Senior Commercial Property Manager

An opportunity to join our Commercial Property Management Team. The successful

candidate will have a diverse skill set, including the ability to build relationships, manage an

existing team, assist in growing the business, deal with and co-ordinate tenants/residents

and contractors.

Ideally three years minimum property management experience is required as well as good

understanding of service charge budgeting, reporting and forecasting. RICS Chartered

Surveyor qualification would be a bonus, but is not essential. The role would be suitable for

someone with or looking to obtain Associate Director or Director status.

Commercial Property Manager

Another fantastic opportunity for someone with great customer service skills and a team

spirit, to join our Commercial Property Management team. Previous property management

experience would be a bonus, but is not essential as training will be provided.

Residential Lettings and Residential Property Manager

Due to tremendous growth in this team we now have the opportunity for a combined role

incorporating both Residential Lettings and Property Management, working in a small but

growing team. Previous lettings experience would be a bonus, but is not essential.

These vacancies are full-time positions.

Based in our Royal Terrace office but you will also spend plenty of time visiting properties.
