Our client is seeking a Compliance Administrator to support their risk and compliance functions. This role involves performing a variety of compliance-related duties, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The position is based in Guernsey and offers a supportive working environment with opportunities to contribute to the efficient operations of the compliance team.  Job Duties:  Inspecting new sanctions against the CSP’s database. Monitoring sanction screening and adverse media screening platforms against client and asset lists daily, and performing ad hoc checks as required. Assisting with compliance monitoring programme testing. Reviewing new customer due diligence (CDD) and updating/maintaining existing CDD files. Assisting in maintaining regulatory registers, such as PEP, PoA, Gift, Conflict, and Beneficial Ownership Submissions. Attending regular risk and compliance meetings. Assisting with ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the Compliance Officer or MLCO. Fielding regulatory and compliance queries to support administration teams in meeting their obligations. Job Requirements:  Experience with 4Series and Acumen (particularly desirable). Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and practices. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
