Back to ResultsOur client, a specialist international offshore fiduciary provider, is seeking a Trust Manager to oversee the delivery of fiduciary services, including private trust and company facilities, corporate structures, Employee Benefit Trusts, Pension Plans, and Special Purpose Vehicles. This role is based in Guernsey and offers the opportunity to work with a team renowned for its expertise and over 40 years of experience in the field. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance with regulatory standards, and foster strong client relationships. Job Duties: Manage a portfolio of trusts, companies, and fiduciary structures. Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and advisors to ensure their needs are met. Prepare and review trust and company documents, including resolutions, agreements, and statutory filings. Oversee the administration of Employee Benefit Trusts, Pension Plans, and other corporate structures. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless service. Identify and manage risks associated with fiduciary structures. Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for growth. Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members. Contribute to the ongoing development of best practices and procedures. Job Requirements: Proven experience in fiduciary management, preferably with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients. Strong understanding of trust and corporate structures, as well as regulatory frameworks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage complex cases and deliver high-quality client service. STEP or similar professional qualification is highly desirable. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
