Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Temporary Screening Administrator to assist with delivering high-quality client service and administrative support. This role focuses on adverse media and name check screening during onboarding or periodic reviews. You will support Relationship Managers (RMs) and Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs) while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires excellent organisational skills, flexibility, and a strong attention to detail. Job Duties: Conducting adverse media and name check screening: during onboarding or periodic reviews. Providing administrative support: responding to internal client enquiries regarding account documentation, statements, securities transfers, and service information. Assisting with operational and administrative queries: ensuring timely and effective responses. Maintaining compliance procedures: adhering to all regulatory requirements in daily operations. Cultivating stakeholder relationships: fostering mutual respect and sustainable interactions with internal and external stakeholders. Job Requirements: Strong organisational and planning skills: with proven time management and prioritisation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office applications: including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Attention to detail: with a focus on delivering consistent and accurate results. Strong communication skills: both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach. Interpersonal skills and teamwork: building partnerships and collaborating effectively with colleagues. Self-motivated: able to work independently with good judgement.
